We provide warranty dental care only if the patient has followed all the recommendations of the attending specialist, namely:
Observed the norms of daily oral hygiene.
Does not create dangerous operating conditions for teeth зубів
Attended preventive examinations and professional hygiene in a timely manner
Immediately consult a doctor if defects are detected or complications arise.
* If the patient fails to comply with one or more of the above points, we reserve the right to revise the warranty arrangements.
Warranty obligations are not maintained in case of detection or occurrence of diseases of internal organs, changes in the physiological state of the body (due to pregnancy, prolonged use of medications, harmful external influences that directly or indirectly lead to changes in the dentition) during the warranty period. Termination of treatment at the initiative of the patient.
Terms and guarantees in accordance with the Law “On Protection of Consumer Rights” for medical services and the procedure for their establishment in the Department of Dentistry.
– the time during which you have the right to ask for free correction of defects or a discount on a previously provided service if you find defects in the work performed by the attending specialist.
The term “prognosis” is commonly used in areas of dentistry where it is impossible to provide a 100% guarantee of treatment success, as it depends on factors that cannot be influenced by the specialized specialist. In some cases, the reason for the failure to achieve the desired result is not a doctor's mistake, but the fact that medicine is a science that has not been fully studied, the presence of individual patient characteristics and the body's reaction. The same actions of a doctor when treating two different people using the same methods and medicines may lead to different results.
Guarantee obligations for prosthetics (orthopedic work) in adults and children (standard metal or zirconium crowns for milk teeth).
- metal-ceramic and all-ceramic crowns,
- bridge structures,
- metal-free crowns,
- tabs,
- pressed ceramic crowns,
- crowns based on zirconium oxide,
- full and partially removable dentures,
- clasp prostheses (with micro hooks (clasps) or atachments),
- standard metal or zirconium crowns for milk teeth.
Warranty for permanent orthopedic work - 1 year and comes into effect from the moment of the record of the work completion in the patient's card, which defines the scope of work performed.
The guarantee is provided for the following items:
- loss of artificial teeth from dentures;
- fracture of the prosthesis;
- destruction of micro-locks (atachments) and micro-hooks (clamps);
- crown cementation; veneer overlays.
- temporary crowns,
- temporary dentures.
No warranty is provided for temporary orthopedic work.
Please note that temporary orthopedic structures must be replaced with permanent ones within the period specified by the doctor. The recommended period of wearing temporary constructions is determined by the dentist and communicated to the patient with an entry in the card. If, for some reason (through the fault of the patient), temporary structures are not replaced with permanent ones, the responsibility of the clinic and the dentist to the patient is removed.
Shortened warranty.
A shortened warranty period for orthopedic work can be established when the existing medical methods of prosthetics do not allow for a full warranty period:
- the presence of tooth mobility,
- the presence of gum disease: periodontitis.
The warranty period is set by the doctor depending on the severity of the disease. A prerequisite for the warranty is that the periodontal treatment and supportive therapy is carried out within the time limits specified by the periodontist. The warranty period is communicated to the patient with an entry in the patient's card.
Important note! Until the moment of recording in the card about the complete delivery of orthopedic work, the patient has the right to demand redoing / correction of the work for the following reasons: the work performed does not meet the aesthetic requirements (incorrect color, size or shape of the tooth); the work performed does not correspond to the prosthetic plan (treatment plan).
Warranty obligations for therapeutic treatment of adults and children.
Therapeutic treatment includes:
- treatment of caries and non-carious lesions,
- endodontic treatment: treatment of pulpitis and periodontitis (root canal treatment, pulpotomy);
- cosmetic dentistry (restoration or change of the original shape and color of the tooth without prosthetics).
Signs of the end of treatment are:
- in the treatment of caries and non-carious lesions - a permanent filling is placed;
- in the treatment of caries complications (pulpitis and periodontitis) - permanent root canal filling and permanent crown.
* We do not provide guarantees for all types of endodontic treatment, but we make an expected prediction of the results.
No warranty is provided for surgical, periodontal, orthodontic treatment, treatment of children (except for children's prosthetics) and teeth whitening, but we make expected predictions of the results.
We guarantee our patients that we buy dental products from certified suppliers and that the work is done in a licensed laboratory. All materials are authorized for use in Ukraine.
Treatment is carried out by specialists with appropriate qualifications using technologies and protocols approved by the clinic, based on the recommendations of the world's leading dental associations and in compliance with the rules of the epidemiological regime.
